Senior Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high product quality
• Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment
• Work closely with other departments to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum total 4-5 years of experience and minimum of 2 years of experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in CAD software(AutoCAD) , knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH)
• Experience with PLCs, motion systems, vision inspection systems
