IT Systems & Cloud Administrator (AWS & Azure)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Manage and respond to IT service requests, prioritizing user satisfaction.
• Oversee system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Perform data backups, monitor system integrity, and troubleshoot potential failures.
• Maintain and support IT hardware, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Proactively monitor network security, coordinate with service providers, and address anomalies.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize IT systems and enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance on IT security measures and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and adherence to agreements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security frameworks and operational standards.
  

Requirements

• 4 years of hands on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration
• Expertise in Windows environments and familiarity with Linux
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and network administration.
• AWS/Azure certifications are mandatory. ( AWS Associate Solution Architect - SAA-C03, Azure 104 Exam)
• Understanding of backup solutions, security protocols, and network firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) frameworks is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO standards in IT security. (ISO 27001 & ISO 9001)
• Ability to work UK hours 7.30pm - 4.30am. (Transportation will be provided)
