Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
- Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes, training and development programs, and career growth initiatives.
- Handle HR documentation, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the service sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with payroll processing.
