Responsibilities 

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, training and development programs, and career growth initiatives.
  • Handle HR documentation, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with business needs.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with payroll processing.
