About the job Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of customer orders when entered into the ERP system
  • Prepare sales, appointment, and other necessary reports
  • Maintain and update the customer database with precise and current information
  • Document customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to provide effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handle documentation and work within the ERP system
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through meetings, calls, and emails
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Production department, Customer Service department and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Solid computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective coordination skills and capable of working under pressure
  • Outstanding public relations and interpersonal skills, with excellent email and telephone etiquette
