About the job Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers (VARs), to expand market coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to enable their success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for channel partner initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the sales sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, including partner recruitment, enablement, and management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
