Channel Sales Manager
About the job Channel Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers (VARs), to expand market coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to enable their success
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for channel partner initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 03 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the sales sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, including partner recruitment, enablement, and management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
