About the job Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive dynamics
- Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
- Ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints
- Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the company's products
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements:
- A complete or partial professional qualification in sales and marketing
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
