About the job Human Resources Executive - Payroll
Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll operations and oversee all aspects of compensation and employee benefits for the organization
- Facilitate the EPF/ETF enrollment process for newly hired employees
- Manage the offboarding procedures in line with company protocols
- Handle employee status updates, including confirmations, contract extensions, permanencies, and preparation of necessary employment documentation
- Coordinate the company's employee insurance programs, ensuring smooth administration
- Generate monthly HR-related reports for internal review and decision-making
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll administration, compensation, and benefits management within a recognized organization
- Expertise in EPF/ETF processes, including registration and claims handling
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and timely approach
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala is essential, and knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage
- Willingness to work on Saturdays (half-day)
