Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll operations and oversee all aspects of compensation and employee benefits for the organization
  • Facilitate the EPF/ETF enrollment process for newly hired employees
  • Manage the offboarding procedures in line with company protocols
  • Handle employee status updates, including confirmations, contract extensions, permanencies, and preparation of necessary employment documentation
  • Coordinate the company's employee insurance programs, ensuring smooth administration
  • Generate monthly HR-related reports for internal review and decision-making

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll administration, compensation, and benefits management within a recognized organization
  • Expertise in EPF/ETF processes, including registration and claims handling
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and timely approach
  • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Fluency in both English and Sinhala is essential, and knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays (half-day)
