Responsibilities
- Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
 - Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
 - Oversee service contracts, contractor performance, and vendor relationships related to facility operations.
 - Implement energy management practices and contribute to sustainability goals.
 - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift resolutions to minimize downtime.
 - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for fire systems, elevators, and building infrastructure.
 - Prepare technical reports and assist in budget forecasting for maintenance and capital improvements.
 - Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers while promoting a safety-first work culture.
 
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
 - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or engineering operations.
 - Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, power distribution (HT/LT), elevators, fire protection systems, and automation tools.
 - Exposure to ISO 50001 or other energy efficiency frameworks is a plus.
 - Strong problem-solving ability, leadership acumen, and project coordination experience.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
