 - Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
 - Present products and solutions to clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
 - Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification.
 - 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the lighting or related industry.
 - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 - Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and team motivation abilities.
 - Male candidates preferred, aged below 40.
