Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the lighting or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and team motivation abilities.
  • Male candidates preferred, aged below 40.
