Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create, update, and publish client website content while coordinating with client teams on requirements.
• Conduct A/B testing and personalize content using Adobe Target or similar tools.
• Provide HTML/CSS/JavaScript support for updating websites, intranets, and new microsites.
• Upload and publish content across various media platforms.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on content and prepare reports.
• Adhere to deadlines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with client teams on CMS tool development and website management.
• Maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, marketing (with a focus on digital marketing), or a related field.
• Experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Target.
• Knowledge of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent production and quality control skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
