Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets 
  • Deliver expectational customer service and assist costumers in selection products Overall daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning and welcoming atmosphere 
  • Maintaining showroom aesthetics, including cleanliness, organization, nd proper display of porcelain products 
  • Design and update attractive displays and layouts to showcase porcelain products effectively 
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock availability 
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management 
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • A degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a showroom or retail environment, preferably within the porcelain, ceramic, interior design, or home décor industry
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on customer satisfaction, strong sales orientation, and ability to drive business growth
  • Familiarity with relevant product ranges such as porcelain, ceramics, tiles, and other interior design materials; knowledge of design trends is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing customer needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Availability to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, as per business needs
