Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets
- Deliver expectational customer service and assist costumers in selection products Overall daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining showroom aesthetics, including cleanliness, organization, nd proper display of porcelain products
- Design and update attractive displays and layouts to showcase porcelain products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock availability
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management
- Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a showroom or retail environment, preferably within the porcelain, ceramic, interior design, or home décor industry
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on customer satisfaction, strong sales orientation, and ability to drive business growth
- Familiarity with relevant product ranges such as porcelain, ceramics, tiles, and other interior design materials; knowledge of design trends is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing customer needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Availability to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, as per business needs
