About the job Senior Executive - Client Management
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services and acting as the main point of contact
- Oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring service delivery according to agreed terms
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services in line with client expectations and project timelines
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, satisfaction levels, and progress of ongoing projects, sharing feedback with internal stakeholders to improve service quality
- Lead discussions on contract renewals, negotiate terms to align with both client and company interests, and ensure all agreements are up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client management, account management, or related roles in a service-oriented industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and propose effective solutions in a timely manner
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Experience working with CRM software and project management tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms
