Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of documentation and customer service for our logistics and supply chain operations
  • Process and track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and shipments
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other vendors to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements for international shipments
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall processes and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and development within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation and customer service in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements
  • Experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior team members is a plus
