Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment including posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
 - Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
 - Support the onboarding and offboarding process
 - Track employee attendance and leave records
 - Assist with HR policy implementation and audits
 - Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
 - Help coordinate staff events, training sessions, and team-building activities
 - Ensure timely updating of HR databases and software systems
 - Liaise with external HR vendors and service providers
 
Requirements
- Professional qualification or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
 - 1+ years experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
 - Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Sri Lanka.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
