Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
 - Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, updating systems, and assisting with cycle counts.
 - Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.).
 - Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
 - Assist with scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
 - Maintain accurate records in logistics software systems (ERP/WMS).
 - Monitor and report on transportation costs and delivery performance.
 - Assist with customs clearance and export/import documentation (if applicable).
 - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
 - Support logistics team in daily administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
 - 13 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics software (ERP/WMS).
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
