Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of HR consultancy projects for clients across various industries.
 - Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
 - Collaborate with the team in conducting HR audits and ensuring clients' HR practices align with legal and industry standards.
 - Coordinate talent acquisition activities such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client roles.
 - Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices, labor laws, and policy updates.
 - Maintain and organize client HR documentation and project files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Prepare reports, drafts, and presentation materials for internal and client use.
 - Serve as a point of contact for client-related communication and coordination when required.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within an HR consultancy or project-based HR role.
 - Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor law basics.
 - Exposure to talent acquisition processes and tools.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
 - A collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
