Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Assist with financial analysis and planning to support business growth and profitability
  • Handle any other accounting tasks as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
