Requirements:

  • Should have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a similar capacity.
  • Qualified in HRM from a recognized institute.
  • Well-versed in labor laws and their practical application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
