Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director.
 - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
 - Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.
 - Handle email correspondence and professional communication.
 - Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
 - Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
 - Assist in event planning and training sessions.
 - Perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
 
Requirements
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
 - Up to 1 year of relevant experience (Freshman are welcome to apply)
 - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
 - Ability to work independently and take initiative.
 - Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
