Production Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules
• Address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions when needed
• Coordinate with the supply chain, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure all raw materials (coconut products, additives, etc.) are available on time
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international food safety regulations, including hygiene standards, ISO certifications, and environmental guidelines
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and minimizing downtime
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production performance and implement corrective actions if needed



Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in coconut or similar plant-based products
• Strong knowledge of production processes, food safety regulations, and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing production issues
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands and a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with sustainable practices in coconut farming and production is a plus
• Proven track record of improving production processes and achieving production targets
