Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, CIM, or MBA with a focus in General or Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management in HVAC Systems
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record in team-building

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
