Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
- Lead and coach the sales team, establishing objectives, providing direction, and promoting a high-performance culture
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities and markets to broaden product reach
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Work with marketing and product development teams to refine product offerings and enhance market positioning
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and pinpoint areas for growth or improvement
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, CIM, or MBA with a focus in General or Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in sales management in HVAC Systems
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record in team-building
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives
