Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and follow up to ensure timely procurement.
  • Manage vendor registration process and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Support in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or internship in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Availability to work half-day on Saturdays.
