Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and follow up to ensure timely procurement.
- Manage vendor registration process and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Support in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Availability to work half-day on Saturdays.
