About the job Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assist with product selection
- Process orders and handle customer complaints or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with sales and promotions as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
