Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and assist with product selection
  • Process orders and handle customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Assist with sales and promotions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
