Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
 - Maintain employee records and HR databases (both physical and digital).
 - Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and other inputs.
 - Handle employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
 - Assist in organizing training programs and performance review cycles.
 - Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
 - Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
 - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
 - Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documents, filing, and correspondence.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 13 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
 - Knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and HR best practices.
 - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
 - Familiarity with ISO or other regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
