Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field
- Part qualified in professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are also prefer
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting field
- Familiar with QuickBooks software will be an added advantage
- Strong detail - oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts
- Having data analyzing, and time management skills, will be advantageous
- Ability to work half-day in Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Preparing periodic finance reports, fixed asset ledger, contact with banks for requirements, and inventory reports for daily operations
- Collection of fees through cash, credit/debit cards, online payments, and central payment
- Handling petty cash for the center related finance process
- Manage payments to vendors post approval from corporate finance team
- Ensure compliance with the local rules and regulations including timely payment of tax, and filing of returns
- Inventory/monthly stock take, reconciliation and following up on vacancies with head quarters team
- Undertake analysis and ad hoc reports for use by finance department
- Any other duties assigned by the Finance team
