About the job Assistant Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PA Manager and Managing Director
  • Manage and coordinate calendars day-to-day appointments, and meetings
  • Providing secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondence, drafting emails and maintain the filing system
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and pleasant manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Full or part qualification in Secretarial Proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in works
  • Presents themselves in a pleasant and polished manner, reflecting the professionalism of the organization
