About the job Assistant Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PA Manager and Managing Director
- Manage and coordinate calendars day-to-day appointments, and meetings
- Providing secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondence, drafting emails and maintain the filing system
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and pleasant manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Full or part qualification in Secretarial Proficiency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintains strict confidentiality in works
- Presents themselves in a pleasant and polished manner, reflecting the professionalism of the organization
