Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple functions, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
 - Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
 - Use industry-specific sourcing strategies to attract qualified professionals with insurance expertise.
 - Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical roles, using proactive outreach, headhunting, and networking.
 - Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and university collaborations to attract young professionals.
 - Promote the employer brand through digital platforms, employee testimonials, and internal storytelling.
 - Track key hiring metrics such as cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
 - Assist in developing and implementing programs that reinforce the organizations values, culture, and employee engagement.
 - Organize team-building initiatives, onboarding experiences, and cross-functional collaboration events.
 - Gather employee feedback through surveys and informal channels; provide recommendations for enhancing workplace satisfaction.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Male candidates with 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment in the insurance or financial services sector.
 - Familiarity with the functional roles and talent landscape specific to life/general insurance operations.
 - Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms) and HR analytics.
 - Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and reducing hiring lead times.
 - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
 - A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
 - Exposure to or interest in employee engagement, culture-building, and employer branding is a plus.
