Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
 - Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately or take messages.
 - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling software.
 - Assist with patient registration, form completion, and documentation processes.
 - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA or local medical privacy regulations.
 - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
 - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure availability of necessary forms, brochures, and office supplies.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier deliveries.
 - Support basic billing, invoicing, or payment collection at the front desk if required.
 - Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed by the medical or administrative team.
 
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office management or healthcare administration is a plus.
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting).
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
 - Professional appearance and a friendly, calm demeanor.
 - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
 - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient service.
