Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food or coconut-related manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production/Food Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of coconut product processing (e.g., DC, VCO, fiber, copra, oil).
• Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and factory compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and weekends when necessary.

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting coconut processing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities and workforce to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Ensure the efficient and timely processing of coconut-based products while minimizing waste.
• Monitor machinery and equipment functionality and report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure raw material usage is optimized and inventory is effectively managed.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation as per SOPs.
• Train and guide production staff on procedures, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
