Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong client relationships, with an emphasis on project-based sales.Identify and pursue new business prospects, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored sales strategies and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients via meetings, presentations, and on-site visits.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor actions to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the lighting industry or a similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Preference for male candidates under the age of 40
