Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, with an emphasis on                project-based sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, overseeing the entire sales        cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored            sales strategies and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients via                    meetings,   presentations, and on-site visits.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor actions to maintain      a competitive advantage
  • Requirements

    • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related professional qualification.
    • 3-5 years of sales experience in the lighting industry or a similar field.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Preference for male candidates under the age of 40
