Responsibilities
- Drive brand presence by actively engaging with key hospitality partners in your region
- Conduct regular visits to hotels to provide product insights and updates, fostering client loyalty
- Identify new opportunities for business growth within the hospitality sector and recommend strategic actions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance service delivery
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to uphold excellent service standards
Requirements
- Certification in Sales & Marketing (SLIM/CIM preferred) or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales or marketing role, with a strong background in the hospitality industry
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships and communicate confidently with hotel management
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in hospitality
- A proactive approach with excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- A valid drivers or riders license and willingness to travel as needed
