Responsibilities

  • Drive brand presence by actively engaging with key hospitality partners in your region
  • Conduct regular visits to hotels to provide product insights and updates, fostering client loyalty
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth within the hospitality sector and recommend strategic actions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance service delivery
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to uphold excellent service standards

Requirements

  • Certification in Sales & Marketing (SLIM/CIM preferred) or a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales or marketing role, with a strong background in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships and communicate confidently with hotel management
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in hospitality
  • A proactive approach with excellent time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • A valid drivers or riders license and willingness to travel as needed
