Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
 - Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
 - Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion in all interactions.
 - Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
 - Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
 - Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) for executive records.
 - Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
 - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
 - Ensure the CEOs office operates smoothly and efficiently.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in related field preferred.
 - Proven experience (5+ years) as an executive assistant or secretary to senior management.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
 - High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
 - Professional demeanor and polished presentation.
 - Familiarity with project management tools will be an added advantage (e.g., Trello, Asana).
 - Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
