Responsibilities 

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in tax computations, VAT/SVAT, and other statutory payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefit calculations.
  • Use accounting software for financial data management.
  • Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Partly or fully qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
