Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
