 - Assist in performance management, employee development initiatives, and training programs.
 - Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
 - Support daily HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
 - Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies while improving HR processes and operations.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Proven hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.
 - Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
 - Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
 - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
