Accountant - FMCG

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure accuracy in all financial records
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Communicate financial information to management and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping

Requirments

• A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or be fully qualified in CA (Chartered Accountant).
• At least three years of experience as an Assistant Accountant in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, data reconciliation, and generating detailed financial reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple financial tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
