Senior Associate/Delivery Lead Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in ongoing deals and tasks related to pitching and origination across various industries.
• Develop pitchbooks, information memorandums (IMs), company profiles, sector analyses, and discussion materials across multiple sectors, such as technology, healthcare, consumer, and retail.
• Oversee the delivery of projects including market/industry analysis, company studies, ad hoc research tasks, financial modeling, and opportunity evaluations through in-depth research.
• Conduct operational and financial benchmarking, along with trading and transaction comparables analysis.
• Maintain control over project schedules and deliverable quality to guarantee high client satisfaction.
• Support live transactions and market-sensitive, non-public information (MNPI) tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, business, accounting, or a completed professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA). CFA qualifications (full or partial) are advantageous.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar investment banking role.
• Ability to grasp industry trends and competitive landscapes, along with writing clear and concise industry reports.
• Familiarity with financial databases, such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
