Group Chief Operating Officer - Colombo

Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive strategic plans and objectives for the organization, recommending initiatives, systems, and operational strategies aimed at enhancing effectiveness, fostering business growth, and expanding market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for loyalty, and with industry stakeholders including government and regulatory bodies for competitive advantage
• Ensure the dissemination of best practices and centrally devised strategies throughout the organization
• Collaborate with Group Management Heads to streamline overall organizational processes and efficiency
• Represent shareholder interests in subsidiary companies through directorial roles
• Assist in achieving overarching financial targets for the organization

Requirments

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of diversified industry experience
• Leadership experience at the Director level
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing organizational strategies to achieve business excellence
• Strong analytical abilities to understand and address business requirements effectively
• Committed to excellence, employing a meticulous and efficient approach to problem-solving and decision-making
