Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and timelines, and communicate them to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on project goals
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Communicate project updates and results to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a sales environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • PMP certification is a plus
