About the job Project Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and communicate them to all stakeholders
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on project goals
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for process improvements
- Communicate project updates and results to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a sales environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification is a plus
