About the job Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure efficient workflow
  • Prepare and draft HR-related documents, letters, and reports accurately and promptly
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave records
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment files
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
  • Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive - Human Resources, including more than 5 years experience as a HR generalist
  • Experience in HRIS would be an added advantage
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Preferred age below 35 years
  • Ability to work on Saturday Half a day
