Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager
About the job Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare and draft HR-related documents, letters, and reports accurately and promptly
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave records
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment files
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive - Human Resources, including more than 5 years experience as a HR generalist
- Experience in HRIS would be an added advantage
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Preferred age below 35 years
- Ability to work on Saturday Half a day
