About the job Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs and learn about the company's operations, policies, and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance
- Collaborate with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations
- Shadow and support senior management in their daily tasks and projects
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Attend meetings and take notes to gain insight into decision-making processes
- Learn how to manage and motivate a team to achieve company goals
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within given deadlines
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Prior internship or work experience in a business setting is a plus
