Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs and learn about the company's operations, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance
  • Collaborate with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations
  • Shadow and support senior management in their daily tasks and projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
  • Attend meetings and take notes to gain insight into decision-making processes

  • Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within given deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Prior internship or work experience in a business setting is a plus
