  About the job Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide market insights including competitor activities, customer feedback, and pricing trends.
 - Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head Office to support marketing strategy development.
 - Oversee procurement, printing, dispatch, and delivery of local marketing materials.
 - Train and monitor Medical Representatives (MRs) and Area Business Managers (ABMs) on marketing strategies and materials.
 - Supervise external digital ad agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
 - Conduct regular medical refresher trainings for field teams.
 - Engage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs).
 - Coordinate scientific services, attend conferences/CMEs, and support ABM-led activities.
 - Work closely with leadership to identify new product opportunities and develop business plans.
 - Drive continuous performance improvement through effective internal and external coordination.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
 - 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Excellent customer focus and strong planning & execution capabilities.
