Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across targeted sectors.
  • Promote and sell a range of electrical products and solutions including panels, components, and systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, field visits, and market research.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships by providing effective after-sales support and technical assistance.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to influence client decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the electrical or industrial products domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and online communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components, systems, or industrial applications is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, OEMs, or EPC companies.
  • Familiarity with project-based selling and tender participation.
  • Ability to read basic electrical schematics or technical documentation.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays as half days
