About the job Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across targeted sectors.
- Promote and sell a range of electrical products and solutions including panels, components, and systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, field visits, and market research.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by providing effective after-sales support and technical assistance.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to influence client decisions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the electrical or industrial products domain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical components, systems, or industrial applications is a plus.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, OEMs, or EPC companies.
- Familiarity with project-based selling and tender participation.
- Ability to read basic electrical schematics or technical documentation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
- Ability to work on Saturdays as half days
