Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
 - Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
 - Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
 - Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations matters.
 - Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
 - Monitor and manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and succession planning.
 - Lead employer branding initiatives and employee retention strategies.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Professional qualifications (CIPM, PQHRM, MBA) will be an advantage.
 - Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
 - Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
