Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations matters.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and employee retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications (CIPM, PQHRM, MBA) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
