Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows across various departments
 - Develop innovative solutions for existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
 - Lead and manage the team daily, driving production while maintaining high-quality service standards for clients
 - Oversee the design services team supporting a global investment bank
 - Manage projects from initial requirement gathering and needs assessment through to successful completion
 - Strategize and implement operational plans to build high-performing teams
 - Establish and maintain strong client relationships while evaluating and addressing information and knowledge needs
 - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined workflows
 
Requirments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
 - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
 - Knowledge of VBA and macros
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 - Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
 - Proven expertise in project and team management
