About the job Executive - Training & Development
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities for T&D solutions, expanding our client base
- Assist in creating and delivering customized training programs to enhance employee skills and align with client requirements
- Oversee the operations of training programs, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and service satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training and development needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Contribute to strategic planning for business development and client relationship management
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training, coaching, and leadership development
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (T&D certifications are a plus)
- 2 years of experience in Training and Development, with a focus on business development and delivering T&D solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and internal team collaboration
- Strong knowledge of training and development strategies, with proven experience in implementing effective programs
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate T&D solutions
- Demonstrated success in partnering with clients to deliver customized training solutions
