Responsibilities

  • Effectively engage and communicate with existing clients to arrange coaching or training sessions.
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of training programs,
  • Coordinate with trainers to confirm their availability for scheduled sessions.
  • Regularly update and maintain detailed training schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing training materials, agendas, and reminders for upcoming sessions.
  • Perform administrative duties related to training, including documentation and follow-up tasks.
  • Offer support during both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Track and report on session attendance and gather participant feedback for ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
  • Contribute to the creation of new training initiatives and strategies for client engagement.

Requirments

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Strong ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and schedules at once.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and trainers.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing schedules and coordinating activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Displays a proactive, positive mindset towards learning and embracing new challenges.
