About the job Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Scouting, engaging, and delivering key projects to drive an incremental turnover for the organization
  • Initiating and implementing new business development activities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Provide product education and training to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Hansgrohe's product offerings and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing (CIM/SLIM) from an recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 5 Years of work experience in Sales, Account management, or business Development with Hansgrohe experience
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • A strong negotiation skills to promote the brand in locally and globally
  • Willing to travel across the country
