About the job Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Scouting, engaging, and delivering key projects to drive an incremental turnover for the organization
- Initiating and implementing new business development activities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide product education and training to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Hansgrohe's product offerings and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Management or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing (CIM/SLIM) from an recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 5 Years of work experience in Sales, Account management, or business Development with Hansgrohe experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- A strong negotiation skills to promote the brand in locally and globally
- Willing to travel across the country
