Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism.
 - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
 - Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up reminders.
 - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
 - Handle inquiries in person, via phone, and email.
 - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and admin teams for smooth operations.
 - Monitor stock levels for reception supplies and place orders as needed.
 - Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
 - Manage courier and mail dispatch.
 - Assist in billing and payment processing when required.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
 - Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office and email handling.
 - Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
 - Preferred: Female candidates.
 - Availability to work half-day on Saturdays.
