Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and
  • scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of necessary documentation, induction sessions, and orientation programs
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Process employee requests for leave, attendance, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews, preparing performance forms, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees, ensuring that training materials and schedules are organized.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing HR systems, and handling correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+years as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, Payroll systems).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and employee management systems.
