Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and
- scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of necessary documentation, induction sessions, and orientation programs
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Process employee requests for leave, attendance, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews, preparing performance forms, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees, ensuring that training materials and schedules are organized.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing HR systems, and handling correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+years as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, Payroll systems).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and employee management systems.
