Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage operational policies and procedures to boost productivity and lower expenses
• Supervise daily company operations, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with quality standards 
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards, especially those related to organic certification and international guidelines 
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in manufacturing processes and the supply chain. 
• Build relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain 
• Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Science or a similar discipline is required. An MBA Is advantageous 
• Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in operations management ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Must have a proven history of effectively overseeing manufacturing operations and supply chains on an international level
• Strategic thinking mindset and the ability to implement operational plans efficiently
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment for manufacturing and export both in Local and Foreign is also required
